Jeff Miller graduated Cum Laude from Miami University and has been in the information and data space for 20+ years. He has spent many years working with large and small companies helping to optimize their manufacturing and operations.

His focus has primarily been promoting data flow vertically and horizontally between the different layers of business and manufacturing systems. In particular, he looks to broaden the reach of data to those within an organization that can positively affect quality, efficiency and profit.

He is now actively involved as the Director of Smart Manufacturing and Innovation at InSource Solutions leading the industry in the nascent technology of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industry 4.0.

As a Solutions Architect with InSource with over 35 years’ experience in industrial automation, Ted has worked on many different types of industrial automation systems (Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Process Historians, Quality systems, Robotics, to name a few) and in various industries all over the world. He has helped open plants, troubleshoot issues, and support our clients in becoming more efficient and productive.

David Wilt (Hands on Workshop)

Manufacturing Consultant, InSource Solutions

David resides with his wife Lisa near Pittsburgh, PA. He has been working or consulting in manufacturing for over 25 years with experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, mining, and power generation, automotive, steel, and customer service centers. His degrees are in Human Resources and Mechanical Engineering augmented by an MBA with concentration in Quality. David trains Six Sigma classes and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence.
