Live, Instructor-led, Online Training to Help with Travel Restrictions By Mark Delfunt, Director Knowledge Management, InSource Solutions In the last few weeks, we have seen travel across North America come to a halt as business executives work to protect employees and their families in the workplace. During unprecedented times like this, we realize that projects still need to be completed and deliverables met. The associated training to support those cannot wait in many cases. To help, InSource has significantly expanded our instructor-led live online classes. If you are not familiar with these classes, read on. Our live online classes are the same coursework you would receive if you attended the class in person and are led by our certified instructors. You log in to Remote Desktop (RDP) session from any browser and joins the classroom. The instructor carries out the class just as if you are in the classroom. You have the appropriate AVEVA|Wonderware application available as a virtual image in the cloud and use it to complete the hands-on lab work. You ask questions and participate—just like being in the classroom. You attend from a home office or at your worksite, whichever meets your current needs. Your training manual is sent to the location of your choice. All you need is a PC with a Web browser and high-speed internet connection and we handle the rest. The cost and registration of these classes are identical to our regular classroom offering. However, you may save a significant amount by reducing travel, hotel, and meal costs. Plus, you get the training you need while complying with guidelines from your company, Federal, and State agencies for the protection of you and your family.
