Grant’s transition into digital transformation consulting may have been unexpected, but it wasn’t without foundation. With over 25 years of experience in safety management and a successful stint as a Plant Manager, Grant was no stranger to leading change. From implementing ISO standards to mastering Lean methodologies, he had a proven ability to align people, processes, and goals. Stepping into this new role required embracing a steep learning curve, but Grant’s passion for growth and transformation prepared him for the challenge.
Grant’s day-to-day work is dynamic, but his focus remains steady: helping clients integrate and optimize digital solutions. From manufacturing execution systems (MES) to AVEVA tools, he ensures every project is tailored to the client’s unique needs. His background in safety and operations gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to approach digital transformation with a practical, real-world lens.

To equip supervisors and teams to own their processes, interpret data quickly, and use it to drive continuous improvement.
Grant understands that every person approaches change differently. Over the years, he’s identified three main groups when it comes to adopting new processes:

- The Forgetful Willing: Well-meaning individuals who need reinforcement to create habits.
- The Skeptics: Those who resist change but, with persistence, can become the most potent advocates.
For Grant, the skeptics represent a unique challenge—and a rewarding opportunity. “You must address them every time you see them,” he explains. Over time, consistency builds respect, and even the most resistant individuals begin to shift.
