AVEVA Historian
The AVEVA Historian course is a 4-day, instructor-led class designed to provide a fundamental understanding of the features and functionality of AVEVA Historian Server and Client applications. This course provides lectures and hands-on labs to supply and reinforce the knowledge necessary to use AVEVA Historian.
Covering both AVEVA Historian Server and Historian Client, the class will demonstrate how to use Historian Server for SCADA and factory data, and how it integrates with ArchestrA technology to extend the capabilities of System Platform applications. It will also teach Historian Client trending, analysis, and reporting software that offers a suite of data analysis and reporting clients that maximize the value of data stored on AVEVA Historian.
Target Audience
The audience for this course includes application developers, engineers, system integrators, consultants, plant floor operators, managers, and others who need to use Historian Server to store and analyze Galaxy data and use Historian Client data for assessment and reporting within production or administrative environments.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of InTouch, Knowledge of AVEVAHistorian, Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Word, Experience in the manufacturing industry. Manufacturing industry experience, some knowledge of Transact-SQL would be helpful.
